Student Athletes Elite Summer Training Program

The SART summer program is a one to two day training and wellness campfor all high school students, whether they are already great athletes or aspire to be. Activities include but are not limited to bio-mechanics, rigorous weight training, cardiovascular and respiratory function during exercise, and nutritional factors in health. We will assess performance and work on flexibility, resistance training, spotting, plyometric training, and aerobic endurance in training, speed, and agility.

 

Our students will be provided with a variety of resources for college. The resources will include college tours, assistance in meeting admissions requirements, financial aid, FAFSA and CSS completion, SAT and ACT prep, developing sports film, and NCAA clearinghouse. The goal of the program is to provide student athletes with a safe and positive learning experience that will create impactful memories, in addition to enhancing their educational and networking opportunities.

 

Student athletes are very dedicated to working hard to accomplish goals. The SAET summer program will increase the liklihood that underprivileged students will become successful in the future, regardless of the environment that surrounds them.
